Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting with various tasks at construction sites, from preparation and organization to service execution and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in various construction phases, including preparation and organization 2. Performing first-level maintenance on equipment and tools 3. Cleaning, organizing, and complying with safety regulations \- Prepare and organize the construction site for service execution. \- Transport, load, and unload materials and tools. \- Prepare concrete, mortar, and other materials as instructed. \- Assist masons, carpenters, drillers, mechanics, and other professionals in carrying out activities. \- Perform cleaning and organization of the work environment. \- Assemble and disassemble scaffolding and temporary structures when necessary. \- Maintain appropriate storage of materials used on-site. \- Follow safety regulations and properly use provided PPE. \- Demolish concrete, masonry, and other structures; prepare construction sites by clearing the area and compacting soil. Perform first-level maintenance by cleaning machinery and tools, checking equipment conditions, and repairing any mechanical defects. \- Carry out excavations and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials. \- Clear vegetation from the site using a brush cutter; \- Perform minor maintenance tasks at the construction site; \- Low-voltage electrical maintenance services \- Perform related duties.
