RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the architectural evolution of the system (Laravel 12 \+ legacy PHP/Oracle). * Ensure engineering best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DDD, testing, CI/CD). * Supervise deploys, pipelines, and performance on AWS/Docker. * Conduct code reviews and provide ongoing technical mentorship to the team. * Plan and oversee the migration of legacy systems using the Strangler Fig pattern. * Manage technical debt and priorities in collaboration with product teams. * Translate technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders (executives, clients). * Monitor logs, stability, and availability of production environments. * Ensure security, traceability, and compliance (LGPD, ISO 27001, CIS Controls). * Foster a culture of autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Tech Lead with experience in: Teams of 5\+ developers; Large-scale legacy systems (preferably PHP/Laravel) \- Complex corporate or SaaS AWS or AZURE B2B environments. Essential Technical Skills Modern PHP (8\.x\+) and advanced Laravel, including: Domain\-Driven Design (DDD), modularization, and clear boundaries; Queues, jobs, events, observers, service providers, and custom middlewares; Best practices in clean code, SOLID, and architectural patterns. Experience migrating legacy monoliths (strangler\-fig pattern); Knowledge of corporate API security and LGPD; AWS experience; CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and static analysis (Semgrep, PHPStan, etc.); Basic front\-end knowledge (JS, Blade, React, etc.) for tactical team support. Advanced Oracle SQL: Complex joins, views, procedures, triggers, performance tuning; Understanding of multi\-tenant schemas and idempotent DDL versioning. DevOps / CI\-CD: GitHub Actions, automated deployment, versioning, and monitoring; Container experience (Docker Compose, Dockerfiles, staging/prod environments). REST integrations (design and consumption); Monitoring and maintenance of stability: track logs and performance, proactively addressing failures and incidents.
