




**Job Description:** ---------------------- Support nutritional routines, contributing to food quality control, menu planning, development of technical specifications, and food education initiatives. Assist in implementing good handling practices, food safety, and administrative activities of the department, as well as participate in training sessions and internal audits. \- Support monitoring of nutritional routines (production or service delivery, depending on the segment). \- Assist in food quality control (hygiene, storage, expiration dates, temperature). \- Monitor and support menu planning in accordance with nutritional guidelines. \- Assist in developing and updating technical specifications and nutritional tables. \- Support food education initiatives and provide guidance to staff/patients/customers. \- Contribute to implementing good handling practices and food safety. \- Support departmental administrative routines (spreadsheets, reports, inventory control, etc.). \- Participate in training sessions, internal audits, and food safety routines. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nutrition program (from the 4th semester onward); * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling; * Proficiency in Excel and systems is a plus; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- INTERN **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Transportation Allowance On-site Cafeteria **Work Location:** ---------------------- SUPER FOODS NUTRIÇÃO ANIMAL LTDA \- SLZ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
