Nova Ubiratã, MT The company accepts applications from candidates residing in Nova Ubiratã and nearby cities Assistant/ Operational To be determined CLT employment regime Job Details **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Basic computer skills; Knowledge of administrative routines. **Responsibilities:** .Assist in issuing invoices for supplies and services of the unit via SAP, according to invoice data, ensuring compliance with due dates; Assist in tracking and identifying payments made; Track bill receipt along with respective due dates, contacting suppliers as needed and, if necessary, resending bills and informing the headquarters finance department; Perform issuance, tracking, identification of entries, and write-offs in the system for all assets of the unit, based on the item number provided by the branch manager. Support analysis of the unit’s accounting entries, track and inform responsible personnel for invoice entries of possible corrections required. Scale-related activities, such as weighing, issuing invoices for product shipments, and replacing invoices for FOB shipments, in accordance with current legislation and internal guidelines. Joint verification with direct inventory managers to maintain accurate stock balances. Generate reports for reconciliations with service providers. Track requests for travel reservations (airline tickets and hotels) for employees traveling on company business. Process employee travel advance requests, as well as receive and record employee travel expenses.
