




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Business hours **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Regime:** Tenured – CLT labor code * Manage and be accountable for the Farm’s administrative and control processes: various system entries, issuance of invoices, finance (payment scheduling to third parties and/or service providers), hiring of service providers, analysis of various documents, internal transfers, inventory control, purchase requests, payroll and timekeeping, cost allocation, implementation of internal policies, standards and procedures, development of indicators and metrics for measuring performance; * Be responsible for negotiating and marketing products generated by the Farm; * Be responsible for defining and configuring the system for production tracking and cost control, validating and managing operational procedures; * Consolidate existing organizational information to establish effective area controls for efficient and effective cost management; * Be responsible for overall budget consolidation—both planned and actual—and present results to senior management and other stakeholders; * Ensure consistency of data and figures being processed and reported, as well as their accurate reflection of reality; * Ensure that all technical, administrative, and operational standards and procedures are implemented by the team and all other process participants; * Be responsible for and ensure control of information and documentation required for external audits and senior management; * Participate in the company’s overall strategic budget planning, discussing and developing projections together with other managers and directors to support strategic decision-making; * Conduct growth projections for the business unit through analyses, studies, and simulations, collaborating with banks, companies, consulting firms, and internal departments to define and implement strategic decisions for growth; * Comply with regulatory inspections (municipal, state, and federal), submitting required documentation and responding to any queries; * Develop studies, analyses, comparisons, and various reports, ensuring appropriate information is available for senior management’s decision-making; * Conduct investment analysis for new businesses, simulating costs, revenues, return on investment, etc. * + Define cost allocation guidelines for each business process of the Farm; * Manage the team regarding disciplinary actions, promotions, hiring, dismissals, etc., and issue Management Orders (MPs); * Evaluate direct subordinates on execution and quality of work performed, planning, adherence to deadlines, application of standards and procedures, communication processes, integration with other areas, interpersonal relationships, self-development, practicality, etc. **Requirements:** * Driver’s license AB; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or Mechanical Engineering; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Professional experience in the field is desirable. **OBS: CENTRO DA MATA FARM – BR 242 HIGHWAY – KM 759 – NOVA UBIRATÃ.** **Benefits:** Health insurance plan, meal allowance
