**Responsibilities and Duties**
#### **As Seed Quality Coordinator at Stine, you will be responsible for:**
* Developing and implementing seed quality control processes throughout the entire supply chain, covering production, packaging, storage, transportation, etc.;
* Conducting analyses, establishing partnerships with reliable and trustworthy laboratories, and issuing technical assessments to requesting departments;
* Facilitating training for the Stine team and partners on topics related to seed quality;
* Building trust-based relationships with external seed production partners and collaborating to improve quality assurance processes;
* Developing action plans and solutions to correct quality deviations and issues;
* Defining seed quality monitoring indicators;
* Conducting annual planning for the quality department;
* Providing technical support to the Crop Technical Development team in handling customer complaints;
* Managing audits conducted by partner companies (licensing) and/or public agencies;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **Essential requirements include:**
* Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related fields;
* Experience in managing seed quality processes (soybean and corn);
* Willingness to relocate to Uberlândia \- MG or southern MT;
* Availability for frequent travel;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, good interpersonal relationships, and ability to work effectively in teams.
