Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Currently pursuing a Technical Course in Sales or related fields. **Industry Knowledge:** Commercial strategies; Retail market for roasted and ground coffee; Sales and negotiation techniques. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. **Driver's License:** Class B (CNH B) **Computer Skills:** Basic Microsoft Office suite / Internet (with emphasis on Excel).
