We are seeking professionals to work as sales representatives in Claro authorized stores, offering comprehensive telecommunications solutions. Here, your role will be to delight customers with excellent, results-driven service. What will be your responsibilities? • Provide in-store customer service with excellence, agility, and friendliness; • Identify each customer’s consumption profile and recommend suitable Claro products and services; • Perform administrative and fiscal routines related to sales and transactions (payments, documents, etc). Prerequisites: High school diploma; Sales experience in retail, telecommunications, or similar settings is desirable; Customer service experience is considered a plus; Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and sales energy; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
