Job Summary: Technically and operationally supervise maintenance and operations teams, planning and ensuring execution of activities and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Development and integration of maintenance, PCM, and operations. **Shift Supervisor** **Summary:** Technically and operationally supervise maintenance and operations teams during the shift. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, monitor, and ensure execution of shift maintenance and operations activities according to the maintenance plan. * Supervise mechanics and operators, providing technical guidance and ensuring productivity and quality. * Analyze mechanical failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability. * Monitor operational indicators (e.g., availability and MTTR) and propose action plans to meet targets. * Manage materials, work orders, and use of parts and supplies during the shift. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safety culture. * Oversee complex maintenance activities, ensuring technical compliance and safe equipment release. * Integrate maintenance, PCM, and operations, reporting needs and improvement opportunities. * Conduct shift meetings and performance feedback sessions, strengthening engagement and operational discipline. * Other duties as required within the area. **Education:** Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Prior experience as Shift Supervisor, Maintenance Leader, or similar role in mining, industrial, or related sectors. **Technical Competencies:** * Failure analysis Reading technical diagrams Interpretation of KPIs Maintenance planning and prioritization **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and discipline Sense of urgency Attention to detail Clear communication Commitment to safety. **Other Requirements:** * Driver's License Category B Join our team: visit our job page Grupo Sollo and apply!
