




Job Summary: Assist customers via telephone assistance, offering services, products, and technical support, following scripts for prospecting, retention, or recovery of customers. Opportunity to participate in technical and behavioral training Assist customers, offer services and products, provide specialized technical support, conduct surveys, perform collections, and register customers—all exclusively via telephone assistance—following pre-planned and controlled scripts and procedures for prospecting, retaining, or recovering customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Follow work instructions specified in the company's standard operating procedure manual; * Keep your workplace consistently clean and organized. * Make outbound calls to customers to promote or sell services; * Respond to customer calls and/or other communication channels; * Schedule evaluations for customers identified through promotional campaigns; * Record information related to performed activities in the system; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys according to company standards; * Perform sales follow-up activities such as sending letters, faxes, or e\-mails; * Contact delinquent customers to schedule meetings aimed at renegotiating outstanding debts, per company internal policy; * Identify delinquent customers based on data available in the computerized system; * Reschedule appointments for customers who missed their scheduled consultations and/or evaluations, per company manual and policies. * Participate in technical and/or behavioral training programs offered by the company.
