Monitoring accounts and analyzing performance on social media **Job Description:** ---------------------- ¿ Assist in Content Strategy Execution: Support the creation, planning, and execution of content strategies aligned with company objectives. ¿ Support in Content Creation: Assist in producing creative content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), collaborating with the design team on developing images, videos, and other formats. ¿ Account Monitoring: Support monitoring, interaction, and engagement with followers on social media, ensuring consistency and relevance of posts. ¿ Performance Analysis: Assist in tracking campaign and post performance, providing data for continuous improvement. ¿ Trend Research: Support researching trends and innovations in social media, identifying opportunities for growth and emerging platforms. ¿ Internal Collaboration: Work alongside the content production team to ensure projects are executed in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in fields related to Social Communication, such as Marketing, Advertising, or related disciplines. Experience in content creation, Digital Communication, Social Media, or related areas. Basic knowledge of web design and image/video editing (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and similar software). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Certified courses in Digital Media, High Performance, and related fields are advantageous. Knowledge of Agile methodology, Kanban method, and concepts/practices of Growth Hacking are advantageous.
