Organization and communication with the operational team Logistics Operator I Job Mission Support the execution of transportation and logistics operational activities, ensuring process organization, support to operational teams, and adherence to collection and delivery deadlines. Main Responsibilities 1\. Operational Support * Assist in controlling daily collection, transfer, and delivery activities. * Support route monitoring and transportation operation flow. * Record and update operational information in company systems. * Support the team leader or supervisor in executing operational planning. 2\. Operational Control * Monitor goods intake, movement, and dispatch. * Assist in verifying transportation documents and cargo volumes. * Support handling operational incidents (delays, damages, returns, and losses). * Update delivery statuses and inform the responsible team. 3\. Metrics and Reporting * Assist in collecting and organizing operational data. * Update operational performance spreadsheets and reports. * Support monitoring of metrics such as delivery lead time, productivity, and return rate. 4\. Operational Organization * Support warehouse and dispatch area organization. * Assist in controlling cargo volumes and logistics documentation. * Ensure operational processes are executed according to defined standards. 5\. Communication and Team Support * Maintain communication with drivers, assistants, and the operational team. * Assist in resolving daily operational demands. * Escalate incidents and relevant information to the team leader or area manager. Requirements * Completed high school education (college degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields currently in progress is preferred). * Basic knowledge of logistics or transportation operational routines. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Strong organizational skills, communication ability, and capacity to work in a team.
