Conducting inventory counts of goods. **Description:** Manage the incoming invoice note system daily, entering data into the system and preparing inter-branch transfers in accordance with internal procedures to ensure correct material inflow and outflow. **Responsibilities** Execute entry of incoming invoice notes into the Warehouse module, verifying correct item origin. Assist with goods verification as needed, confirming that products match the information on the invoice notes. Perform stock counts in the warehouse according to reports provided by management, carrying out the annual inventory. Carry out additional tasks assigned by the department, utilizing available skills and resources to ensure efficient task completion and achievement of team objectives. Adhere to company policies and guidelines, strictly following internal regulations and applicable legislation. **Requirements** Completed or currently pursuing high school education. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Experience in goods verification. Experience in receiving invoice notes. Experience in stock counting. Completion of a Forklift Operator course will be considered an advantage.
