Job Summary:
Professional responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining hydraulic systems, performing tests, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring safety and organization.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assemble hydraulic piping, including cutting, preparation, alignment, and fixation.
* Install hydraulic connections, with emphasis on weldable joints, ensuring leak-tightness and strength.
* Perform welding of hydraulic components in accordance with specifications and technical standards.
* Assemble and install cylindrical hydraulic pistons, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
* Install bearings, supports, and fixing devices for hydraulic components.
* Install complete hydraulic units on trailers and mobile structures.
* Conduct pressure, leakage, and performance tests on assembled systems.
* Interpret technical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and assembly instructions.
* Identify and correct faults in hydraulic systems.
* Ensure workplace organization and proper use of tools and equipment.
* Comply with occupational safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
* Support preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic systems.
* Suggest improvements to assembly processes.
* Assist in logistics and inventory control of hydraulic materials.
* Record performed activities and test results.
* Work at heights and in confined spaces when required.
* Work in industrial and outdoor environments when necessary (field work).
* Be proactive and committed to assigned tasks.
* Keep tools and equipment in order.
* Assist in maintaining department organization and cleanliness.
* Ensure individual and collective safety.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School; Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
· Experience as a Hydraulic Technician or similar role.
* Knowledge of industrial hydraulic systems and power units.
* Experience with piping, connections, and welding.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, basic metrology knowledge, and pressure testing experience.
* Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT, ISO) is desirable.
Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.228,00 per month
