Execute technical activities related to installation and repair of corporate clients, operation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure equipment.

We are seeking a **TELECOMMUNICATIONS TECHNICIAN I** to join our **NETWORK OPERATIONS POLES** team in Londrina and surrounding areas! You will be responsible for executing technical activities related to installation and repair of corporate (B2B) clients, operation and maintenance of Energy and Climate Control Infrastructure, Transmission, and Telecommunications systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing activations and maintenance for corporate (B2B) clients.
* Responding to large-scale incidents involving transmission equipment and optical network failures.
* Conducting inspections of optical network maintenance to ensure compliance with adopted construction standards.
* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom equipment and infrastructure.
* Monitoring operational indicators and supporting technical troubleshooting.
* Performing maintenance and/or providing support to third-party companies carrying out these activities.
* Proposing and implementing actions that contribute to improving quality, efficiency, and productivity indicators, promoting continuous improvement of customer experience, reducing response time, and increasing productivity.
**Requirements:**
* Technical degree in Telecommunications, Networks, Electronics, or related fields.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with fusion splicers, cleavers, and optical measurement instruments. Familiarity with B2C and B2B network topologies.
* Experience in telecom operations, maintenance, and technical support—or similar roles.
* Driver’s License: Possession of Category B driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site with flexible scheduling, including on-call shifts.
* The professional may access power stations and climb heights.
Work Location \- Rua Professor João Cândido, 555, Centro Histórico, Londrina \- PR
40 hours/week, Monday to Friday \- on-call rotation \- schedule to be defined
