At Next Cable, the Quality Analyst is responsible for: * Structuring, reviewing, and keeping updated the Quality Management System (QMS) processes, ensuring their alignment with the company's operational reality. * Defining, monitoring, and analyzing performance and quality indicators (KPIs), supporting management decision-making. * Ensuring adherence to the calibration schedule for measuring instruments and maintaining corresponding records up to date. * Organizing and maintaining the electronic document management system and the internal communication channels list. * Supporting the development and updating of the Quality Manual, as well as procedures, work instructions, workflows, and records. * Planning and conducting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with internal standards, legal, and regulatory requirements. * Identifying nonconformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions, tracking their implementation, and evaluating the effectiveness of adopted measures. * Promoting continuous process improvement, aiming at optimizing results, reducing waste, and increasing operational efficiency. * Advising company departments on the application of standards, procedures, and quality documentation. * Evaluating and monitoring supplier and service provider performance, conducting qualification and audit processes when necessary. * Conducting training and capacity-building sessions on quality-related topics, best practices, and regulatory compliance. * Collaborating with internal departments (production, logistics, procurement, sales, among others) to ensure integration of quality requirements across all operations. * **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Knowledge of management systems or indicator reporting
