




Job Summary: A professional responsible for diagnosing and analyzing occupational health and safety (OHS) conditions, developing OHS management systems, designing preventive and corrective programs, and ensuring the safety of employees and service providers. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive involvement in diagnosing and analyzing occupational health and safety (OHS) conditions 2. Development and monitoring of preventive and corrective programs 3. Ensuring the safety of employees and service providers Diagnose general conditions within the OHS area; Technically analyze workplace environmental conditions, including the Administrative Headquarters, Distribution Center, and branches; Assist in developing the OHS management system and participate in revising and drafting regulatory norms; Design and monitor preventive and corrective programs; Ensure all employees at the Administrative Headquarters, Distribution Center, and branches receive onboarding and refresher training regarding proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); Conduct audits, monitoring, and evaluations in the OHS area; Evaluate the work environment, interpret indicators of program efficiency and effectiveness, and validate such indicators; Perform monthly checklists verifying facilities and emergency equipment across all company departments, taking necessary measures to correct identified deviations; Ensure all service providers comply with the Third-Party Contracting Manual requirements and receive safety guidance before and during commencement of activities; Generate outcome reports, document procedures and standards of safety systems, and control document updates, evaluating standards and legislation.
