Description:
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Completed high school education or currently studying administration or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and the Internet.
* Strong communication skills;
* Teamwork orientation;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Familiarity with computerized scheduling systems;
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Serve the general public (both internal and external);
* Use internal and external communication tools (WhatsApp, e\-mails, Teams, among others);
* Perform administrative tasks according to departmental workflow;
* Organize internal and external physical documentation files (active and inactive);
* Manage scheduling;
Assist coordination and other staff members with organizational and administrative tasks;
* Operate electronic patient record systems \- available for registration, scheduling, and examination authorization;
* Complete entries in forms, spreadsheets, and internal systems, ensuring up-to-date records of appointments and examinations.
* Control and organize files, documents, and medical records, adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
* Receive and organize materials and supplies used in the outpatient clinic.
* Assist in organizing the physical space;
* Perform other administrative and support tasks related to outpatient clinic operations.
