Established in 2023 as an evolution of the APOGEU Network—recognized for its academic excellence and over 4\.600 admissions to public universities—APG GOV was founded with a clear purpose: to support school management so educators can dedicate more time to what truly matters: **student learning and development.** We are seeking teachers committed to social impact, passionate about public education, and ready to co-create, together with us, a strong, welcoming, and innovative school community. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement work plans aligned with SEED/PR’s pedagogical proposal and the school calendar. * Organize, plan, and deliver meaningful, inclusive, and innovative learning experiences. * Apply assessment methods consistent with the pedagogical references adopted by the State Department of Education. * Promote and guide student learning with careful attention and continuous monitoring. * Collaborate with the pedagogical leadership team and other school professionals on matters related to teaching duties. * Strengthen ties among the school, families, and the broader community, contributing to an integrated educational environment. * Complete pedagogical documents, records, and reports accurately and within established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Full Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Sciences, Mathematics, or Chemistry.** * Postgraduate specializations or master’s degrees in education are highly valued. * Prior experience as a tenured teacher is desirable. * Commitment to students’ holistic development and to the quality of public education. * Adaptability, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with the school team. **Additional Information** Class hour allocation follows SEED/PR Normative No. 12/2023: **Employment Regime:** CLT **Registration and Communication** * Use your primary email address and phone number during registration, as all official communications will be sent to the contacts you provide. * We contact candidates via email and WhatsApp; please monitor your spam folder and mobile messages closely. **Subject-Based Application** Applications are submitted per subject.
