Serve internal and/or external customers in person and/or by phone, providing basic information regarding service operations and hospital regulations; Control access for employees, interns, visitors, physicians, suppliers, third-party personnel, companions, and representatives to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure internal hospital security; Receive individuals seeking other departments, identify their purpose, and obtain authorization from the responsible party before granting access; Conduct security monitoring and patrols, and safeguard the entire institutional perimeter; Control vehicle entry and exit at the parking lot; And other duties.
