Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for the strategic management of refrigeration equipment maintenance, leading teams and partners to ensure quality and safety standards. Work with industrial refrigeration systems (glycol and ammonia) #### **About the position:** The professional will be responsible for managing the Group's refrigeration equipment maintenance, ensuring full system functionality and compliance with established quality and safety standards. They will work strategically with the maintenance department leadership, guiding teams and third-party partners throughout the entire preventive and corrective maintenance cycle. If you have experience in this field and identify with this challenge, join our team! #### **Main responsibilities:** Manage contracts and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across the entire network; Monitor and analyze preventive maintenance reports; Coordinate corrective interventions and ensure execution according to required technical standards; Conduct technical visits to facilities to verify service quality and effectiveness; Prepare budgets and arrange procurement of parts and equipment; Hire and oversee service providers when necessary; Provide technical support for acquisitions of new equipment or replacements; Work with industrial refrigeration systems using glycol and ammonia, ensuring correct operation and maintenance of these systems. #### **Desired qualifications (preferred):** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Postgraduate qualification is considered a plus; Proven experience in maintaining glycol- and ammonia-based refrigeration systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile; Strong numerical and technical analytical ability; Strict adherence to operational procedures required for the role. #### **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance; Discounts at partner companies; Benefit card; Training and development through our corporate university — Uniffato Career
