Job Summary: Coordinate production, receiving, and shipping operations; plan and control production; and lead teams in pursuit of continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate production, receiving, and shipping operations, ensuring on-time delivery, process quality, and proper functioning of machinery and equipment; * Plan and control production by defining schedules, sizing teams and resources, and monitoring KPIs and results; * Lead, develop, and engage the team by promoting training, discipline, a positive organizational climate, and collaboration with departments such as HR and Payroll; * Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, occupational safety requirements, and environmental preservation, focusing on risk prevention and continuous improvement; * Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resources; * Support leadership in problem analysis, decision-making, and execution of related activities. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education.
