The professional will accompany children during daily activities, assist teachers, and promote children’s well-being, socialization, and development. **Responsibilities** * Assist in children’s daily care (hygiene, meals, and rest); * Support pedagogical activities proposed by teachers; * Accompany children during recreation, arrival, and departure; * Ensure children’s safety and physical integrity; * Maintain organization of used spaces; * Encourage social interaction, autonomy, and socioemotional development. **Desired Profile** * Affinity with young children; * Responsibility, patience, and a welcoming attitude; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in schools, daycare centers, or early childhood education is desirable; * Availability for the stated working hours. **Work Schedule and Remuneration** * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Working Hours:** * 44 hours per week – schedule from **9:00 AM to 7:00 PM** * Or options of **30 hours per week**, scheduled from **7:00 AM to 1:00 PM** or **1:00 PM to 7:00 PM** * **Salary:** R$1621.00 * Benefits: Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel subsidy, breakfast, telemedicine, accident insurance, benefits club, discounts on tuition fees for dependents.
