Contribution to legal security and decision-making **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Business hours **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a professional to provide legal advisory services to cooperative members, offering technical guidance on legal aspects related to rural and business activities. The position involves supporting contract interpretation, clarifying legal obligations, proactively identifying legal risks, and assisting in documentary regularization processes—thereby contributing to operational legal security and enabling more informed decision-making by cooperative members. * Provide individualized legal advisory services to cooperative members. * Advise on the drafting, analysis, and interpretation of contracts (e.g., rural leasing, purchase and sale, assignment of rights, among others). * Clarify legal obligations associated with rural and business activities. * Prepare technical advisory opinions, as necessary. * Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks. * Support documentary regularization processes for properties and productive activities. * Maintain technical communication with notary offices, public agencies, and regulatory entities, as required. * Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting cooperative members. * Develop educational and informative initiatives on legal topics relevant to the agribusiness sector. * Ensure alignment of guidance provided to cooperative members with the cooperative’s institutional guidelines. * Represent cooperative members in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, as needed, subject to assessment of feasibility and compatibility by management. **Requirements:** You may stand out if you have: * A completed undergraduate degree in Law, with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). * Knowledge of legislation applicable to agribusiness, civil law, and contract law. * Experience in analyzing and drafting contracts, particularly those related to rural activities (e.g., leasing, purchase and sale, assignment of rights, among others). * Availability to work onsite in Pato Branco/PR. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Education allowance, Profit-sharing program, On-site meals, Life insurance, Transportation, Meal voucher
