Job Summary: Assist in performing general office tasks, preparing reports, organizing files, and typing documents to support daily operations and ensure compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in HR processes and travel logistics Assist in performing general office tasks, preparing reports and spreadsheets, organizing files, and typing various documents to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to established procedures and standards, thereby supporting decision-making activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer phone calls, emails, and messages; receive and forward documents, correspondence, and departmental requests while maintaining information confidentiality; * Update and organize physical and digital files; prepare reports, forms, and spreadsheets; draft texts; and prepare training, meeting, and event materials; * Assist in timekeeping management, special work schedules, days off, and overtime hours by collecting and forwarding information for proper recording and authorization; * Support onboarding, personnel movement, and access granting/restriction processes for internal employees and third-party contractors, in accordance with contractual guidelines and internal policies; * Monitor workforce headcount on site, organize teams, support travel logistics, training coordination, and expense reimbursements; * Support immediate supervisors on departmental matters, participate in meetings, and propose improvements to optimize routine workflows; * Comply with safety, occupational health, environmental, and compliance regulations, ensuring proper organization and use of materials and PPE. **Technical Requirements:** * High school diploma preferred; currently pursuing a degree in Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and internet navigation; * Ability to organize and manage physical and digital files; * Experience executing administrative routines. **Behavioral Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and internet navigation; * Ability to organize and manage physical and digital files; * Experience executing administrative routines. **Other Requirements:** * Reside in Irati (PR) or nearby regions; * Commit to Integrity obligations, including mandatory trainings, and comply with Neovia’s Code of Ethics and other corporate policies.
