Opportunity | Administrative Assistant At Renovatio, the Administrative Assistant works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, supporting operational, administrative, and customer service activities carried out during external outreach initiatives and mobile projects. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform general administrative tasks, including document verification and completion, spreadsheet management, and recordkeeping; Manage physical and digital archives: organize documents, digitize records, create folders, and maintain the archiving system; Support internal departments with diverse requests, responding promptly and accurately to administrative needs; Provide internal and external customer service via phone, e-mail, or in person; Update internal systems with accurate and up-to-date information; Monitor deadlines, documents, and processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies; Perform other related duties as required by departmental needs.
