Meeting preparation and telephone handling We are looking for an **organized, communicative, and proactive Secretary/Receptionist** to support the team and ensure effective reception of visitors and customers. **Responsibilities:** Manage and schedule directors' appointments and business trips; Receive, verify, organize, or dispatch documentation arriving at the company; Handle telephone calls and receive customers, suppliers, and visitors; Arrange and prepare meeting venues for the company; Prepare minutes or other documents upon request; Perform registrations in specific systems; Assist in executing administrative routines; Handle various types of documents. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong communication and organizational skills; English (an advantage) **Location:** Londrina - PR **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Join the VIAER TEAM!
