




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced receptionist to work in a specialized clinic, responsible for scheduling appointments, customer service, payment collection, and communication. Payment management and document issuance Specialized clinic in Ozone Therapy, Advanced Aesthetics, and Trichology. A receptionist with six months of experience is required. Responsibilities: - Schedule/cancel and reschedule patient appointments - Assist patients in completing forms - Record phone calls and messages - Provide accurate information to patients - Provide general information via phone/WhatsApp - Return unanswered phone calls/messages on WhatsApp - Pre-register customers - Collect payments - Issue invoices and receipts - Communicate clearly, promptly, and concisely - Listen attentively - Establish eye contact/visual communication with customers Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Meal allowance: R$ 780.00. Salary: R$ 2,100.00.
