Job Summary: Supervise drilling and in-situ testing teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and project schedules, serving as the communication link between field operations and management, and performing spot checks. Act as the liaison between field operations and management Monitor and supervise drilling and in-situ testing teams for soil and rock, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and project schedules. Act as the liaison between field operations and management, reporting on productivity, site location issues, and logistics, while also conducting spot checks using a hand auger and mine bar to verify soil horizons. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Read and interpret standards, technical specifications, and infrastructure (road and building) project documents; * Complete forms and prepare reports in accordance with the Quality Manual; * Complete Service Release Forms; * Identify and record non-conformities in service execution, proposing corrective actions; * Verify and validate service measurements and confirm their compliance with contractual terms; * Prepare daily logs, technical reports, construction diaries, and photographic records in accordance with the Quality Manual; * Monitor construction progress and team productivity against activity schedules and deadlines; * Verify whether services are executed according to the weekly schedule approved by the responsible engineer; * Assist in communication between construction sites and the office, ensuring proper information flow; * Verify whether work areas are properly marked with signs and cones per the Construction Signage Project and Signage Manual; * Identify potential environmental and safety deviations and non-conformities, reporting them to the Concessionaire's technical team; * Supervise soil and rock drilling and in-situ testing (auger, percussion, combined, in-situ density tests, natural moisture content, and mine bar usage); * Monitor drilling and in-situ testing conducted by contracted companies. * Verify compliance with technical standards (ABNT, ASTM) and internal procedures. * Ensure drilling points are correctly located per the project design. * Maintain direct daily coordination with drilling teams. * Report site location, access, and logistics issues to the responsible engineer. * Record and report daily productivity (number of boreholes, depths, tests performed). * Verify sample packaging and identification. * Conduct spot checks using a hand auger and mine bar to verify soil horizons and perform preliminary characterization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education/Experience:** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Road Engineering, Geology, Mining, Building Construction, Civil Construction, Laboratory Technology, or related fields is desirable. **Specific Knowledge/Skills:** * Experience in supervising road infrastructure projects, soil/rock testing, and geotechnical drilling is desirable; * Ability to interpret road engineering projects and applicable technical standards; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Driver's license category B. **Additional Information** **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** -------------------------- **Opportunity in Campo Largo/PR** **Modality: 100% On-site.** **BENEFITS:** Medical and dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal allowance and/or food allowance; Profit Sharing and Results Program (PLR); Welcome kit for your baby, including for LGBTQIAPN+ couples; Pharmacy discounts; And the Mais Saúde program (including Alper, Optum, and Wellhub apps).
