We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds—including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion—to apply. **Job Description** * Analyze demands from imported suppliers as presented in the MRP system; * Ensure order dispatch in accordance with pre-established inventory policies and lead time; * Conduct order follow-up to guarantee timely and proper delivery; * Monitor production demand and inventory behavior to ensure achievement of targets; * Analyze risks and constraints affecting fulfillment of proposed demands; * Negotiate problem resolutions, air freight, and part releases with suppliers, procurement, and other stakeholders to address supply risks; * Track part phase-in/phase-out; * Monitor and manage supplier performance using agile tools, reports, and performance indicators, ensuring supply within agreed timelines, costs, and quality standards; * Analyze inventory data to identify trends and root causes for decision-making. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering; * Advanced English proficiency; * Knowledge of material planning (MRP) and management of orders from imported suppliers; * Familiarity with inventory policies, lead time, and production demand monitoring; * Experience in order follow-up and delivery management; * Knowledge of negotiation with suppliers, procurement, and internal stakeholders; * Experience monitoring supplier performance via KPIs and indicators; * Inventory data analysis to support decision-making; * Familiarity with agile tools and report generation.
