Lead, develop, and engage the team, fostering a high-performance culture. Set goals and monitor strategic metrics (revenue, cost of goods sold, average transaction value, inventory turnover, and operational costs). Conduct rigorous inventory control, procurement, and waste reduction. Supervise cash register opening and closing procedures, ensuring financial compliance. Implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty. Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations, food safety standards, and internal policies. Handle conflict resolution and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment. Develop intelligent staff schedules while controlling overtime and productivity. Represent the company professionally and strategically. Position based in Londrina / PR. Tasks aligned with standard Restaurant Manager duties. Previous experience as Restaurant Supervisor, Food and Beverage Manager, Operations Manager, or Services Manager may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree in progress.
