The professional will be responsible for conducting recruitment processes for operational and technical positions, ensuring adherence to internal policies and job requirements, guaranteeing technical quality, impartiality, and traceability of the processes. Daily activities include aligning job profiles, posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and analyzing candidate profiles. Here, you can transform the lives of hundreds of people each month by offering dignified and suitable employment opportunities! **Main Responsibilities:** Screen resumes according to requirements of open positions; Conduct selection interviews; Administer and grade behavioral and/or technical assessment tests required in the process; Prepare evaluation reports for interviewed candidates; Guide, advise, and provide feedback to selected or rejected candidates regarding process stages; Monitor the workforce to proactively address open position replacements; Participate in and/or lead profile alignment meetings and interviews with hiring managers; Create and maintain recruitment process tracking reports.
