Description: Requirements and Qualifications: * Experience as a Product Owner in B2B SaaS. * Focus on customer experience and value delivery. * Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and ownership mindset. * Ability to lead difficult conversations and ensure collaborative commitment to execution. * Autonomous, collaborative, and results-oriented profile. * Intermediate English (reading documentation). * Familiarity with GitHub and product management tools. Nice-to-have: * Experience with the Shape Up methodology. * Experience working in environments with multiple product teams. * Experience with B2B products, CRM, or AI solutions.
