Working closely with the Head of Product and Product Managers, your role will be to drive rhythm and consistency across delivery cycles under the Shape Up model, ensuring quality and impact in every release. * Participate in defining bets and ensure high-quality, consistent execution of prioritized deliveries. * Coordinate backlog refinement and grooming with engineering and design teams. * Test and validate releases with engineering, ensuring technical quality and usability. * Continuously monitor product journeys and metrics related to adoption, engagement, and delivered value. * Maintain alignment between strategy and execution, ensuring each delivery reflects business objectives. * Negotiate priorities and remove blockers, ensuring cadence and clarity in deliveries. 2511190202464126
