Perform grain fumigation using authorized products and tarps, with proper training and safety equipment, ensuring stored grains maintain good quality. Check grain moisture levels using a moisture meter to ensure dried products retain quality. Conduct physical inventory counts against stock cards and reconcile with reports. Perform machine adjustments, product sizing, and necessary calibrations to keep equipment operational and avoid production stoppages. Monitor grain mass temperature to preserve stored product quality. Adjust air intake in furnaces and dryers; regulate dryer air pressure to ensure optimal equipment performance per applicable regulations. Perform general cleaning of dryers, furnaces, pits, hoppers, silos, and machinery to sustain production processes. Perform general equipment handling tasks, drying, loading, and unloading of agricultural products and supply goods, manually or with assistance from a dolly. Manually fuel furnaces with firewood to maintain cereal dryer temperature. Assist in product handling, truck loading and unloading, using forklifts or pallet jacks. Operate tractors in bulk handling activities involving cereal and residue loading/unloading, aiming to perform cleaning and create space for cereal unloading. Execute all startup and shutdown procedures for warehouse equipment; monitor reception and dispatch flows and operations to ensure smooth and efficient process performance.
