Job Summary: We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for a hotel restaurant in Curitiba, responsible for team coordination, customer and guest service, daily operations, quality, and cleanliness, with emphasis on exceptional service. Responsible for daily operations and customer and guest service We are looking for a supervisor for an elegant hotel restaurant featuring a highly popular lunch buffet in downtown Curitiba. Outstanding service is our key differentiator; therefore, we need a supervisor who can assist in coordinating waitstaff, delivering excellent customer and hotel guest service, managing daily operations, and ensuring quality and cleanliness. The shift for this position is from 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM. Salary is negotiable based on hours worked and experience! Days off: 1 day per week plus 1 weekend per month.
