Full Job Description Snack Bar Attendant Job Objective The Snack Bar Attendant aims to satisfy customers by providing service at the counter. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, effective communication ability, autonomy, and an owner's mindset. They are responsible for delivering courteous service to ensure a pleasant and efficient customer experience at the counter, providing necessary support and clarifying potential questions, while maintaining store cleanliness and order. Responsibilities ➔ Greet customers in a courteous and polite manner; ➔ Practice suggestive selling; ➔ Accurately enter orders into the system; ➔ Receive payments for product sales; ➔ Provide correct change; ➔ Clarify customer inquiries; ➔ Verify order accuracy and product quality before serving; ➔ Serve exactly what the customer ordered at the counter; ➔ Deactivate out-of-stock items in the system; ➔ Monitor cash inflows and outflows from the register; ➔ Verify authenticity of received banknotes; ➔ Perform cash reconciliation and register closing; ➔ Clean and assist in general store operations; ➔ Maintain a clean and organized workstation; ➔ Ensure display cases are always stocked with products; ➔ Clean and organize the dining area, tables, and restroom; ➔ Clean product display cases and keep them tidy; ➔ Monitor trash levels and remove as needed; ➔ Wash utensils; Requirements ➔ Strong communication skills; ➔ Team spirit and interpersonal skills; ➔ Ability to learn quickly.
