Responsible for quality management at the unit, management of the 8Quali system, and creation and updating of documentation such as ITs, procedures, manuals, and forms. Conduct process audits and implement corrective actions to adjust workflows. Manage compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as handle nonconformities using the seven Quality tools. Ensure application of the PDCA cycle in problem resolution and monitor internal deviations according to established deadlines. Bachelor's degree completed in Quality Technology and Management. Knowledge of Quality tools. Certification as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\.
