The role focuses on ensuring operational discipline, demand organization, and efficient execution of tasks; it is not a marketing strategy-oriented position. * Direct coordination of the current marketing team composed of two analysts. * Organization and prioritization of daily marketing demands. * Monitoring of operational activity execution. * Coordination of logistics for promotional gifts, marketing materials, and marketing initiatives. * Support in professional development and work organization for analysts. * Ensure process discipline and adherence to deadlines. * Logistical organization of conventions, training sessions, and corporate meetings. * Coordination of event suppliers (hotels, venues, audiovisual services, catering). * Logistical planning for speakers, guests, and teams. * Support at trade fairs, commercial events, and institutional visits. * Coordination of domestic and international air ticket issuance. * Management of accommodations, vehicle rentals, and transportation. * Interface with partner travel agencies. * Organization and control of travel documents. * Standardization of suppliers and control of team transportation logistics. * Support HR in organizing internal communication initiatives. * Organization of internal events and organizational culture activities. * Support for internal campaigns and recognition initiatives. * Control of costs related to travel, events, and marketing activities. * Interface with Finance for expense approval and payment. * Organization of documents and invoices for accounting purposes. * Supplier negotiation aimed at cost efficiency.
