Focused on delivering excellence to end consumers and offering brands representing all of Brazil, Leo Cosméticos is the right place for every skin type, hair type, and personal preference. **Responsibilities:** · Contact suppliers and logistics carriers via phone and e\-mail to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. · Proactively follow up with stores to confirm merchandise receipt, ensuring traceability and completion of logistics processes. · Monitor and control product receipts, dispatches, and transfers within the system. · Receive, inspect, sort, and store products according to internal procedures. · Collaborate with the team in pursuing continuous improvement in logistics processes, contributing to operational efficiency and reduction of errors. · Participate in training sessions, meetings, and other activities aimed at updating logistics practices and procedures. **Requirements:** · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to build interpersonal relationships and a proactive attitude toward problem solving. · Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. · Basic knowledge of logistics management systems and Microsoft Office suite. · Prior experience in logistics operations and supplier coordination. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:07 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 5-minute break. **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Meal allowance \- R$250.00 * Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction) or Fuel allowance * GymPass * Birthday day off * Maternity kit (Leo Mom) * Discount at Leo Cosméticos stores (after probation period) * Unimed health plan \- Co-payment (after probation period) * Unimed dental plan \- Full coverage (after probation period) * Opportunity for professional growth and development Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2\.310,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
