We are looking for a **Logistics Analyst** to ensure our transportation and delivery operations run efficiently, punctually, and with high quality—directly contributing to customer satisfaction and company competitiveness. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, analyze, and monitor logistics performance indicators; * Negotiate with carriers to achieve optimal cost-effectiveness and service quality; * Plan and oversee pickups and deliveries, ensuring on-time execution; * Track shipments and manage incidents; * Collaborate with the commercial team, providing strategic information regarding orders and deliveries; * Analyze logistics costs and propose improvements for process optimization; * Map workflows, formalize procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement; * Support strategic decisions through data and management reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience in related activities; * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards); * ERP knowledge (Sankhya is a plus); * Knowledge of route planning and transportation planning; * Basic understanding of logistics costs and issuance of fiscal documents (NF-e, CT-e); * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Availability for on-site work, Monday to Friday, in Mandaguari/PR.
