Support managers in decision-making through technical analyses #### **About the Position:** Participate in recruitment and selection processes by conducting psychological and behavioral assessments, ensuring technically sound application of psychological instruments and preparation of evaluation reports, in compliance with ethical standards and regulations issued by the Federal Council of Psychology (CFP). #### **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct selection processes, focusing on behavioral profile assessment and alignment with job requirements. Carry out psychological and behavioral interviews. Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests authorized by the CFP. Prepare psychological reports, opinions, and evaluations based on conducted assessments. Ensure technical and ethical compliance in the use of psychological instruments. Support managers in decision-making through technical analyses of candidates' profiles and potential. Maintain control, organization, and confidentiality of psychological information. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP). Experience administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests. Experience in competency-based recruitment and selection.
