Role Mission The Commercial Executive will be responsible for prospecting new clients, presenting tender consulting services, and conducting negotiations through to closure, ensuring continuous growth of the company’s client portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Active client prospecting (via phone, e\-mail, social media, and in\-person sales visits); * Market mapping and identification of potential companies that participate or wish to participate in public tenders; * Scheduling and conducting presentation meetings for consulting services; * Preparation and submission of customized commercial proposals; * Monitoring the sales pipeline and periodic reporting of results; * Maintaining and updating the company’s CRM; * Managing relationships with clients during negotiation and initial post\-sale phases. Requirements and Qualifications * Prior experience in B2B consultative sales (preferably in consulting, legal, accounting, or similar service sectors); * Proficiency in active prospecting and contract negotiation; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational and disciplinary skills for managing sales targets and activities; * Basic knowledge of public tenders is considered a plus (but not mandatory—we provide training).
