In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication, teamwork, agility, and organizational skills. Main Responsibilities: * Customer service (receptive activities); * Addressing inquiries regarding orders, registration, information updates, and management of adverse situations; * Managing and maintaining up-to-date records of registrations and sales using CRM; * Quotations; * Providing administrative and operational support to the external sales team.
