Strategically plan delivery routes for couriers to maximize speed and time efficiency. Maintain direct and efficient communication with the production team (kitchen), customers, and couriers. Monitor orders on delivery apps and update order statuses and estimated delivery times. . **Desired Profile:** Logical reasoning and agility to handle multiple orders simultaneously. High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm, accurate, and focused during peak demand periods. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
