Safeguarding the company's assets Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, performing minor repairs on facilities (plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, and basic carpentry), supervising service providers, inspecting facility conditions, and safeguarding the company's assets. Requirements: * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred). * Prior experience as a maintenance technician or in industrial maintenance areas. * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, plumbing, painting, and masonry. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Desirable: * Training courses such as NR-10, NR-35, or other qualifications in this field will be considered advantageous.
