Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the development team * Define architectures and development standards * Actively participate in the development of new features and solutions * Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of produced code * Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration between systems and modules * Identify and propose improvements to development processes Requirements * Prior experience as a developer and technical leader * Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, etc. * Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the team and stakeholders * Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
