Job Summary: We are seeking a Lean Consultant to support the implementation of an Integrated Management System, enhancing governance, operational efficiency, and delivery reliability—with a focus on Lean Construction and agile methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Implement and sustain Lean Construction and Last Planner System practices. 2. Serve as a reference and evolve as a Lean consultant on complex projects. 3. Train and empower teams in LPS, Lean, and agile methodologies. **Job Description:** We seek a Lean Consultant tasked with supporting the implementation of an Integrated Management System to enhance governance, operational efficiency, and delivery reliability—focusing on Lean Construction, LPS, and agile methodologies—ensuring alignment among planning, field execution, and executive decision-making. Transform Implement and sustain Lean Construction and Last Planner System (LPS) practices across construction fronts. Directly improve front-line efficiency by reducing bottlenecks, waste, and rework. Implement performance management routines using KPIs, monitoring PPC, IRR, and critical milestones. Manage projects and occasionally serve in a PMO capacity. **Apply Lean and Agile Tools:** takt time, value stream mapping, problem solving, Scrum, Kanban, and MVP where applicable. Grow Serve as a reference and evolve as a Lean consultant on complex projects. Build Disseminate the culture of planning, quality, and Lean management. Train and empower teams in LPS, Lean, and agile methodologies. Structure and standardize processes, procedures, and best practices. Strengthen integration among departments, field operations, and leadership. **Requirements:** Practical experience with Last Planner System (LPS) Solid knowledge of Lean Construction, agile methodologies, and project management. Practical proficiency with Microsoft Office, planning software, and collaborative platforms. Experience in infrastructure projects or other complex projects. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Willingness to travel and work on-site.
