**Job Description:**

Product Development: \- Plan and conduct experiments, laboratory tests, and pilot batches for product development and optimization; \- Develop formulations (additives, proteins, and seasonings), monitor shelf-life, and validate functionality in industrial processes; \- Prepare technical data sheets, raw material specifications, and manage project costs. Research new technologies and ingredients, performing physicochemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses. Packaging Development: \- Research and evaluate packaging materials and technologies with focus on cost, sustainability, and functionality; \- Develop prototypes and conduct industrial performance testing on production lines (sealability and application); \- Collaborate with suppliers to qualify new materials and collect technical information for design solutions; \- Prepare detailed technical specifications and assist in risk analysis and critical control points in the production process; \- Regulatory Affairs: Interpret legislation and standards to ensure technical compliance of products and processes; \- Register products, labels, and submit electronic applications to MAPA and other regulatory agencies; \- Prepare labeling briefs and review labels according to current legislation; \- Prepare documentation for certifications and provide technical support during audits and sanitary memoranda (MTSE). Innovation and Management: \- Lead small- to medium-scale innovation projects, ensuring deadlines, performance indicators, and strategic deliverables; \- Conduct market benchmarking and collaborate with universities, startups, and strategic partners; \- Facilitate ideation workshops and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization; \- Monitor the innovation portfolio, support funding acquisition, and participate in public grant programs; \- Comply with code of conduct, safety protocols (SST), use of PPEs, and uphold food quality and safety.
**Essential Requirements:**

* Completed degree in Food Technology or Food Engineering;
* Prior experience in slaughterhouses (poultry, beef, or pork);
* Familiarity with slaughtering and deboning processes.
