Join us in transforming lives through Education and Work! **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, you will: * Familiarize yourself with the institution’s programs, objectives, and potential social impact; * Deliver classes aligned with institutional guidelines, program objectives, and established curricula; * Share theoretical and practical knowledge across various fields to promote professional qualification for adolescents and young people; * Facilitate the teaching-learning process, stimulating adolescent and youth development, assessing progress, implementing pedagogical interventions, and referring cases to the multidisciplinary team when necessary; * Guide youth in overcoming challenges and achieving learning goals; * Stay updated on educational practices and advances in teaching to incorporate new approaches, methodologies, and technologies; * Collaborate with other instructors and the pedagogical team to ensure coherence and quality in the work performed; * Maintain all program-related information up-to-date in the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Knowledge of teaching methodology; * Prior experience working with youth; * Previous classroom teaching experience; * Availability on **Tuesdays and Wednesdays from "13:30–17:30"** **Additional Information** * Fuel allowance/parking at the site or transportation voucher (VT); * Meal voucher (VR). Paraná State Company-School Integration Center (CIEE/PR) was founded on August 14, 1967—initiated by a group of educators and entrepreneurs concerned about the mismatch between professional training and students’ readiness to enter the workforce. It holds dozens of registrations with Municipal Councils for Children and Adolescent Rights and Municipal Councils for Social Assistance—essential conditions enabling it to fulfill its mission of strengthening human and social development.
