Join us in transforming lives through Education and Work! **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, you will: * Familiarize yourself with the institution’s programs, objectives, and potential social impact; * Deliver classes aligned with institutional guidelines, program objectives, and established curricula; * Share theoretical and practical knowledge across various fields to promote professional qualification for adolescents and young people; * Facilitate the teaching-learning process, stimulating adolescent and youth development, assessing progress, implementing pedagogical interventions, and referring cases to the multidisciplinary team when necessary; * Guide youth in overcoming challenges and achieving learning goals; * Stay updated on educational practices and advances in teaching to incorporate new approaches, methodologies, and technologies; * Collaborate with other instructors and the pedagogical team to ensure coherence and quality in the work performed; * Maintain all program-related information up-to-date in the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Knowledge of teaching methodology; * Prior experience working with youth; * Previous classroom teaching experience; * Availability on **Tuesdays and Wednesdays from "13:30–17:30"** **Additional Information** * Fuel allowance/parking at the site or transportation voucher (VT); * Meal voucher (VR).
